In contrast, the secretary chair deliberately explores the opposite end of the spectrum, approaching 3D printing in a manner reminiscent of working with wood. The chair’s various components are created separately, allowing for editing and subsequent assembly.
To emphasize and align with this bold design choice, both the chair’s aesthetics and its name draw inspiration from a typology that has been out of use for decades.
